Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Devotree. We’re committed to providing you with high-quality, custom-made products. As all our items are printed on demand, we have a specific refund and return policy in place to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our business.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
Since all our products are custom-printed once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges if you:

Ordered the wrong size, color, or variant

Changed your mind after ordering

Made a mistake in the shipping address
Please double-check your order and address details before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged item, misprint, incorrect item)

A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund based on your preference.
3. Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit:

Check your tracking information for updates.

If it’s been more than 7 days past the expected delivery date and your tracking has not updated, please contact us.

For confirmed lost shipments, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally provided the wrong address and the package is returned to our fulfillment partner:

We can resend it to the correct address, but you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
