Q: What kind of products do you sell?
We offer custom-designed print-on-demand apparel, accessories, home goods, and more—printed and shipped directly to you through our partner, Printify.
Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
Many of our items are printed on demand, which reduces overproduction and waste. We also prioritize eco-conscious suppliers whenever possible.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you pick the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: Can I customize a design?
Currently, we don’t offer custom design requests—but if there’s something you'd love to see, feel free to reach out! We’re always open to ideas.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide! However, shipping times and availability may vary based on your location.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping times of:

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account to check your order status.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
Since our products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, etc.). Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Q: What if my item is damaged or misprinted?
We’ll gladly replace or refund items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number at support@devotree.com.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for fast, secure checkout.
Q: Is it safe to shop on your site?
Absolutely. Devotree.com uses industry-standard encryption to keep your personal and payment information secure.
🧾 Other Questions
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they go into production and can’t be modified.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on it!
